There is a guy in the Pittsburgh area that adverts for "fit women" to kick him in the yarbles. He pays them like $100 and they get to pick the time, place and circumstances...i.e. if they want to play out a role play or not. Then they have at it.

He has been adverting in the Pittsburgh Area Craigslist for years.
