Those are very usual in music festivals. I think they created it to release the porta-potties for the ladies.
But there's another thing... hardly any sober guy will use it =P

Yeah you see them a load at festivals. But they're normally seperate from places wehere there are lots of people so you're not so exposed.

Sometimes (for space reasons) is just not possible...
