I've only ever experienced fake boobs (outside of lap dances) one time, and the girl was really self-conscious about them. I was a gentleman about it, but was secretly thinking "Well what's the point?"

I'm usually in favor of natural, but I had a girlfriend for many years with a very flat chest, who would sometimes speak up about the idea. It didn't help that her sister had apparently gotten both their shares of the booby DNA. I always tried to reassure her that I loved her body just as it was, but if she had decided to go through with it, I would have been supportive.

For me, "just as you are" means whether or not you've had elective surgeries.

Short answer no. However the best fake boobs aren't obvious.... so in that case.. yes.

I'd take them as they are. I love small ones as much as big ones; I just want to get at 'em regardless ;)

So no I wouldn't encourage anyone to modify their breasts for cosmetic reasons but I'm not going to turn down fake ones either.

no matter how good the fake ones can be... it can never beat the real ones.
